METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Reservations for the Event will be made by the individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1 (800) 393-3680 or through an electronic link. Please advise guests to identify themselves as part of the SeaBee Ball Room Block group staying at Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel, located at 1700 Richmond Highway Arlington, VA 22202.

CUT-OFF DATE

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, 02/09/2024 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the SeaBee Ball group rate after this date.

Release of rooms for general sale following the Cut-Off Date does not affect Seabee Ball's obligation, as discussed elsewhere in this Agreement, to utilize guest rooms.

Additional drinks can be purchased at the cash bar. We strongly encourage bringing cash for the bar to prevent delay.
